Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products on our website may be offered as part of a subscription. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for these purchase options.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments of the selected product based on the delivery frequency you choose at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing date.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order.

To manage your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email or log into your customer account on our website. Changes or cancellations must be made before the order is processed to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

Pre-Orders

We do not currently offer pre-orders. If pre-orders are offered in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Try Before You Buy

We do not currently offer try before you buy purchases.
