SECTION 4 SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize PLZ Health to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the subscription price in effect at the time of each renewal, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

Subscriptions continue until cancelled by you.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal, as described in our FAQ section. Cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to retry the charge and may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing with reasonable notice as required by law.

SECTION 5 PRICES AND BILLING

Posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated.

PLZ Health is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with PLZ Health. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and PLZ Health.

SECTION 12 FEEDBACK

You grant PLZ Health a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any feedback you submit for any purpose.
