We want your PLZ experience to feel good, start to finish. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Below is how returns and refunds work.

One-Time Purchases (Non-Subscription)

Tried PLZ and it wasn’t your thing? That’s okay. You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for unopened product. We’ll initiate your refund and provide instructions to return the item. Please note: prepaid return labels are not provided for U.S. orders.

Opened product is yours to keep. If this was your first non-subscription purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund. A small return processing fee applies.

Please note: original shipping, handling, and package protection fees are not refundable.

Subscriptions

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.

If an order has already shipped, changes will apply to your next delivery. We’re unable to issue refunds for orders that have already been shipped.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened product: we’ll initiate your refund and share return instructions. Prepaid return labels are not provided.

Opened product:
It’s yours to keep. For first-time subscription purchases, we offer store credit. A small return processing fee applies.
