Tried PLZ and it wasn't your thing? That's okay. You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for unopened product. We'll initiate your refund and provide instructions to return the item. Please note: prepaid return labels are not provided for U.S. orders.

Opened product is yours to keep. If this was your first non-subscription purchase, we're happy to offer a refund. A small return processing fee applies.

Please note: original shipping, handling, and package protection fees are not refundable.

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.

If an order has already shipped, changes will apply to your next delivery. We're unable to issue refunds for orders that have already been shipped.
