PLZ Health currently ships within the United States only.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via UPS. Estimated delivery time once shipped is 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered on all United States orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. PLZ Health is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipment fees. Returned orders may be refunded at our discretion, minus any applicable shipping or handling costs incurred.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipment date, please contact our support team. After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
