Lidia Ferrer Sciacovelli
PLZ Health didn’t start in a lab. It started in my own struggle.
I began my entrepreneurial journey at 17, studied law and business, later completed an MBA, and at 20 sold part of a company where I was a founding partner, which later reached a valuation of over $30 million. I know how to build systems that work. The one system I couldn’t master for a long time was my relationship with food.
For over a decade, food was how I processed everything. Stress, emotions, celebration, exhaustion. I lived with constant food noise, cravings, guilt, and the feeling of starting over again and again. What changed things wasn’t punishment, but discipline paired with compassion. I experimented, learned, and paid attention. Small, science-backed adjustments helped quiet cravings and mental noise. I lost over 40 pounds and learned how to maintain it without fear.
I also tried GLP-1 medications. They were powerful, but the side effects weren’t right for me. That’s when one question stayed with me: could we support GLP-1 naturally by combining the right ingredients? That question became PLZ Health.
Together with my partner, I created the product I wish I’d had when I was struggling: natural, carefully selected ingredients, used at clinically relevant dosages, third-party tested, and formulated to support people actively changing their relationship with food.* PLZ Health isn’t a miracle. It’s science-backed support for the work you’re already doing.
Your body should feel like home again.

I didn’t come to PLZ Health because I personally struggled with food. I came to it because I watched someone I love go through something that quietly takes over your life, and I wanted to help.
Being close to Lidia pushed me to understand the problem structurally. I wanted to know what could actually help and why.
I’ve always been drawn to natural solutions and systems that work with the body rather than forcing it. From a young age, I was interested in supplements, nutrition, and how small, consistent inputs can create meaningful long-term change.
Professionally, my background is far from wellness. I studied at NYU and built my career in heavy machinery, from agriculture to mining and oil. I was handed a company that was losing money and operating inefficiently, and within a year helped restructure it, doubling revenue and making it profitable. That experience shaped how I think. Sustainable results come from discipline, intelligent systems, and consistency.
PLZ Health is where that mindset met purpose. My role is to bring structure, execution, and long-term vision to an idea rooted in care and empathy, making sure the science is respected and the company is built to last.
This is about creating something real. Something that supports people in a way that feels honest, grounded, and sustainable.
